Terms of Service
These terms outline the agreement between you and Coast Shield Pest Control for pest control services. Please read them before booking.
Service Agreement
By engaging Coast Shield Pest Control for any service, you agree to these terms. A service is confirmed once a quote is accepted and a booking time is scheduled. All work is carried out by licensed technicians in accordance with relevant Australian Standards.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided are based on the information available at the time. On-site inspection may reveal conditions that affect the final price — any changes are discussed and agreed with you before work proceeds. No hidden charges, ever.
Warranty Terms
Most treatments carry a service warranty. If the pests we treated return within the stated warranty period, we will return and re-treat the affected area at no charge. Warranty terms vary by treatment type and are documented in your service paperwork. Warranties do not cover new infestations from untreated pest species or conditions caused by property changes after treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a booking. Same-day cancellations may incur a call-out fee to cover the technician's travel and time.
Access Requirements
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring treatment, including subfloors, roof voids, and interior spaces where relevant. Please advise us of any pets, sensitivities, or access constraints when booking.
Liability
Coast Shield Pest Control holds public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by pests prior to treatment, or issues arising from conditions outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Queensland law.
